There are a few different reasons why you may be getting asked to purchase the course again.
- You created an account a considerable time ago and the course has now expired. You typically have 90 days to complete a course.
- You registered and paid with a different account than the one you logged into.
- As there are different hunter safety courses out there, it's possible that you paid for another but are trying to log into ours. If that is the case we suggest checking your email for a receipt or your credit card transaction to verify the company.
- You have multiple courses under your username and are selecting the wrong one when viewing your dashboard.
If you are confident that you paid with us, and your course has not expired yet. Make sure to double check the account you logged in to see if it is the right one. Otherwise, please reach out to us so that we can take a look.
Note: We often see people who upgraded from the normal course (hunter-ed.com) to the interactive course (ilearntohunt.com) and get confused about why the course is asking them to pay again. This is most likely because they are trying to access the hunter ed course rather than the ilearntohunt.com course.
